For some reason, most apartments don't put ceiling fans. I guess apartments just think people don't need it as it is a lot cooler downstairs or should I say they just don't want to spend money on it.

Anyways, that being said we are in the middle of searching for ceiling fans. As you can see in the picture is the ceiling fan from Kichler lighting. I really love this one so I hope hubby would really agree on getting this one for our living room.
